Toowoomba Firm Wins Major Renewable Energy Contract

Geothermal Industries has secured a $500,000 tender to drill 55 geothermal bore holes which will provide heating and cooling for the extension of Melbourne’s Parliament House.

The 100m bores underneath the political centre mark a major milestone for the region’s renewable energy industry and workforce, Geothermal Industries managing director Nigel de Veth said.
